{Baking} The Rainbow Cake Experiment

 

I fell in love with Whisk Kid's Rainbow Cake, which I came across on Martha Stewart.  I thought it might be fun to try for St. Patrick's Day.  I love how vibrate the colors turned out, however I've been having a hard time icing the cake.
